It's probably a setting on the radio that notifies you if your favourite artist is playing on another channel, and it gives you a chance to switch over to that station if you want.
Check your manual to find out how to turn it off
Your radio has an "artist alert" that when you push a certain sequence of buttons, you save the artist that is currently playing and your radio notifies you anytime that artist is being played. I'm not sure what radio you have, but generally to remove it, hold down the "MEMO" button, and scroll until you find Madonna. Then select Madonna and see if you can delete it. If you still have your radio manual you can look for sure how to do it.
