Why is Ron Kuby whining about Don Imus replacing his show on radio?!

Question: The station goes with what is popular and makes money. So is a right wiung can make out better than a left wing, it's all about the benjamins.

At the beginning of last month, the "Curtis and Kuby" morning show signed off WABC radio. We lasted almost eight years - a long run for a wake-up program in New York City, where hosts' longevity can mimic the life span of fruit flies.

The corporate powers that purchased ABC's radio division earlier this year replaced us with the again-resurrected Don Imus, whose syndicated show began last week and will be carried around the country.

If you think Imus is gonna bring continued success, you must be crazy.

He will probably bring the ratings for the first week or two, just because "wow! He is back", but the ratings that Imus will get eventually will give Kuby a legit reason to complain. A few years back I even tried to listen to Imus, and felt like falling asleep to the show, its that bad.
