I want to get my dad sirius radio but i dont know where to start!?!

Go to Best Buy, thats where my husband and I get our XM radio's - they were nice and helpful - rock on!
check the sirius website first, explore the radios, and how much you don't mind spending. Do you think he would want something mobile? OR just for his car? Something he can bring in/out of the house? W/ a sirius subscription, he has free internet radio too which is GREAT (i use it at work and at home when in my home office).
My boyfriend, brother and I all have a starmate and we love em - great for the price! If you wanted to go a step up, you can get the Sportster, or even one of the mobile stilettos which my friend has been trying to get me to get!
All in all, you made the right choice by going with Sirius! I have used both extensively and definitely prefer the Sirius over XM by a LARGE LARGE MARGINE!
*I do suggest getting to a best buy or radio shack really soon tho, they go fast the closer xmas comes! While your add it, for like 6 bux more, you can get yourself an account too!
Sorry, i'm excited for ya, been using sirius over 2 years now and can't say enough great things about it.
I have both but prefer XM. I'm going to suggest a usual Christmas "No-No" and include dad in the decision. Use the web site of both services, with him, and make sure there are enough channels of the type he might listen to. Then shop for receivers together on the web or at Best Buy or another electronics outlet.
Another option is gift cards from XM and/or from Best Buy (or just XM - they have good receivers there, but not as many choices).
