You can get Sirius internet radio for $12.99 a month. It's the same exact thing as Sirius Satellite radio (all music channels, Howard Stern, etc.) but you don't need a radio.
Go to www.sirius.com. You can try it free for three days (just the music channels....nothing else) and see how you like it. There are no commercials, and there is a large variety of music to suit any taste.
Z100 plays all the hits. But since ur more of an R&B/Soul person I think you should listen to this:
