No official date as they are still waiting on FCC to ok the merger or if the FCC will call this a monopoly (meaning no real competition) and kill the deal all together.
The deal on the subscription fee is, it's not supposed to go up but actually go down and become a pick and choose what stations you want as going up in fee would be a monopoly issue (and is one of the requirements if approved by the FCC I beleive)
