Can we able to listen FM radio programmes relayed from DELHI?!

Question: We are based in Chandigarh, roughly 250 k.m. from Delhi. When the weather is cloudy or sometimes in night, we do catch FM from Delhi. Any suggestions that we can boost the signal and always catch the FM
