Sirius radio issues?!
Question: i have a sirius streamer with the large mushroom attenna mounted an a big truck,as soon as i get close to and then in a major city,all i can get is AQUIRING SIGNAL,with a few seconds of broadcasting every so often but mostly AQUIRING SIGNAL,it did this new,Sirius say this should not be an issue and return but i don;t want to be without the reciever for 2 to 3 weeks,why is this happening,thanks............Milton

If Sirius says to return the unit, they've probably diagnosed a problem with it and you might as well go ahead and do it.
However, the city you are in may not have repeaters on the ground, which is how both satellite companies enhance their signals in big cities.

did you try resetting the radio signal? you should be able to to that on sirius.com. It sounds like you have a defective radio or antennae.
Yeah that shouldn't be happening, return the unit to Sirius but make sure if you're paying for the subscription you get a refund or however many months your unit it gone, get those months added back to your account once you get a working unit.
switch to xm radio. its better
