Any performance of music or public airing requires a license from copyright holders in your country. In the US that is ASCAP,BMI, and SESAC .
If it's her music that she wrote, then she can stream it all she wants with no issues, however if anything was written by or performed by a professional musician, then it requires that license..
Not knowing the country, it would be hard to tell you, but google or yahoo search ASCAp and BMI in the US for help
