Not getting Howard Stern, Rawdog and other comedy channels on Sirius Radio?!
Question: I recently bought a used Sirius Sportster that has several months of service remaining. I get all the channels except 100-107. The screen says to call Sirius' 800 number.
When I go to the Sirius website, there is no mention of additional fees for certain channels

Call Sirius, what happened is they blocked all the adult channels that have foul launguage. XM calls them XL channels and you can call XM to have them blocked. Call Sirius, tell them to unblock the stations, and you'll be good.
You'r missing Howard. Give them a call if you want the extra-cost programming. Howard and certain other programming is extra. How else are they going to pay him $500,000,000 a year?
Looks like the seller sold you a bill of goods and forgot to mention the fine print - but it's there. Dig deep on the website. ;<)

Maybe the person had a family-friendly subscription. There isn't much you can do except call the seller and ask him to request the full service from Sirius.
There are no additional fees on the programming $12.95 gets you all the programming.
The radio may have a channel lockout or a family friendly lockout on . Go to the sirius website and download the owners manual for the sportster and it should tell you how to get those channels (as I read on the sportster it can be locked out)
Howard is not extra. If you bought it used they probably just had it blocked for kids and you need to get that changed.
