I am still having trouble. I have used their tech support link twice. They responded the first time a couple of days ago saying they would forward my issue to someone that could resolve it. No improvement so far though.
I too have been having trouble since 2/1/08.
Anyway I just tried to log on again, this time IT IS WORKING, I'm so happy
I do too and I don't know why. Not only at home but at school, too. Bummer.
