I called radio Disney back when I was 12, I'm 27 now. I called, requested a song and won a tape. Yes tape, that's how long ago it was. I remember it was AM 1060 where I lived. Nowadays I'd check their site online and see how they do it.
Okay, you say what you want to do, (Birthday shout out, song request, ect) and sometimes, if you're lucky, you end up calling at game time, If you win, you're regestered about 100 times for the newest contest.
