The movement starts by switching the station. No ratings = no show, its as simple as that. Getting sponsors to drop their ads is also a sure-fire way of getting him off the air.
Write to the station and tell them you will not listen wen he is on. You can also write to the sponsors of the program and tell them you will boycott their products if he stays on. Money talks and BS walks. If enough people complain, his program will get yanked off the air.
Just turn the dial dude and don't stress yourself or us over it. He must have someone who likes him or he wouldn't be on the air, even if it's only the boss. Come to think of it, that's all it takes a lot of times.
