well they say that 3500 calories is a pound of weight. ppl usu need abt 2500 calories/day, so 7 days is 17,500 calories, or about five pounds. but this is unsafe! safe weight loss is abt 2 pounds/week. you can lose it by either exercising or reducing food, exercise is better! even just walking.

no - you can't lose 17 pounds in a week! but it depends on how much you weight, your metabolism, etc.

i've done it when i was a freshman, i lost 17 pounds in one week. it was amazing :) i went for a size 14 to a size 8

You would loose a lot of weight but it would probably all come back once you started eating.

You won't lose any weight, bc when you don't eat, your body thinks you are starving and stores fat, so you won't lose any weight. Plus, that's very unhealthy.
