Search for Dedicated hosts on google to look for a site.
It costs a good amount of money.
BIGGEST thing is to have a large enough pipe to support the connected guests........Verizon FIOS @ 20Mbps would work well. make sure it is a business account or you could violate TOS for a residential Internet connection)

Again, if you have a slow upstream on your broadband, you will have client drops and stuttering.......You MUST have enough bandwidth to handle the traffic.
The other option is to "podcast" by pre-recording then uploading to a hosting service, like godaddy.
