Used to be you just had to be 16 but now most corporate owned station require it to be part of a college curriculum!. It sucks!. On occasion they will have contests for street teams,thats pretty much the same thing!. You dont need experience, just have alot of odd hours available!. Try the public radio station or starting at a high school station if you are trying to work there eventually!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
First you need to go to a specialty program like a college course and from there they will send the top students to be interns,and yes references and past experience is HIGHLY recommended! That way your internship will fly by with no problems!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
