Get a job at a radio station!.

Honestly, apply at local stations in your area and chances are all you will be able to do now is board op, but it is a start!.!.and from there you can learn more about radio, the buisness and all other kinds of things and eventually get the chance to be on air!. In radio the best experience you can have, is hands on and just doing it, from there on out you will become more comfortable with speaking to your audience and get a knack for who you want your on-air persona to be!. As a DJ, one thing you want to always make sure to do, is talk to your audience as if you were talking to one person!. Say 'you' instead of 'you guys' or any other form of pluralizing people!. It makes a listener feel as if you are talking only to them!.

As far as being a successful, don't be fake, listeners can see through that!. If you are having a bad day, it will show!. Always remember to smile when you are talking (it sounds incredibly dorky and the first time my boss told me that when I was about to start on-air work, I laughed, but it is true) because there is a drastic difference in your voice and how you come across on-air!. Remember you are basically having a conversation with your listeners you don't need to put on a show!.

there are various fee-paying schools you can go to for short courses - but are not to be taken seriously - don't waste money on it!. You do need to develop a unique personality - competition is high - as you are 15 years there SHOULD be some bright spark within your school/education department who can point you in right directions-get good contacts - that is a RIGHT you have!. So try that first!. They can possibly contact your local Radio Station - and get you some voluntary work as an INTERN at that as a starter!. If they aren't capable of doing that - you contact them yourself!. Make a strong case about your passion for radio and passion to learn the routines and methods!. If there is a Hospital Radio station - you could volunteer to do some work for them too - it will all look good on any future CV when yoou reach professional levels!. I would also contact someone like : KEITH PALMER who runs the Comedy School - London - and aks his advice - he knows most things and is a good guy and can put you on right path!. For image and presentation skills - he is a good bet - so is : Victor Sobchak at Act Provocateur International - London - he knows about International radio and all top professional outputs!. Both have websites - so give that a go - both are London based though!. Good Luck!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
