In the speakers for my computer and my moms little radio have I hear Chinese voi!

Lets see at last count about 99!.5% of all radios come from China!. That said, what your experiencing is called BCI (Broadcast Interference) caused by being to close to a nearby broadcast radio station that has Chinese speaking people on site!. In the states this is usually on the phone lines called TPI (Telephone Interference)!. Best way to eliminate the problem is with the use of ferrite bead chokes on the ac line to the computer and radio, also on all speaker lines!. These can be purchased on line!.
