Why do people listen to commercial radio like Severn Sound or Wyvern that repeat!
Question: Why do people listen to commercial radio like Severn Sound or Wyvern that repeat the same play list every day!?
People at my workplace seem to treat the radio as their life support system and they regularly tune into Severn Sound and I am so fed up of listening to the same music over and over this last DECADE!.
I mean they still play Unbreak my heart by Toni Braxton at least every 2 hours day and night and that song is about 12 years old!. How can I ever forget Sophie Ellis-Bextor And Spiller - Groovejet: If This Ain't Love!. That must of gone around 2 million times in the last 8 or 9 years!.
And if there is a good song they kill it by repeating it every 30 mins 24/7 for 6 months!.

I don't understand it either to be honest, I hate listening to even a Car radio, because there will be a point where at least three channels have the same tune on!.
It just does my head in that just because a song is or was popular, stations just rinse it until it dies!
I just stick to what I like until someone comes up with something new and decent!.!.!.

Wow, do they do that!? Although I remember Severn Sound did play pretty much the same thing, even though we only usually went out in the car for long drives on the weekend or something, so it's harder to notice (: It might just be like that in Gloucestershire, in Devon it's not that bad!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
