Question: Radio Help!?!!?!!?!!?!!!?!!?!!?!!?
ok, so my school has started a school radio, and me and my friend have entered for it,
BUT, we need to make a 15 minute demo, and i would really appreciate any ideas you have that we could do! (no dirty ones please!)
we know what music we're gonna play, we just need to find something to do in between

Do what most station Djs do who have air to fill and interact !. Pick something from the news and do a full on discussion about it

In news, it seems like the economy has many people worried but not the season of giving, Seems as if a man in Central Pennsylvania was going to give a ring to his mother , however she passed away and the boy , who saved for the ring by cutting grass, decided to put it to good use by donating it into a Salvation Army bucket which are normally found near shopping centers for giving!.
Stories that are weird, funny, and heartwarming work depending upon the audience!.!.!. unfortuneately I found more Adult radio material than anything:-(
But the other guy also had a great idea about the weather and the traffic (however I'd use the traffic in the halls) such as their is a bunching near the lockers near Ms!.!. Pritchard's class, now over to the gym where Barbra and Rachel had a mid air collision in PE today:-)

5) Local event*
5) Name of the song
6) Name of the station AGAIN
*Local Events to talk about:
1) Things that are happening on campus (dance, sporting event, Rally)
2) Things that are happening in the neighborhood (food drives, etc)
3) Things that affect students (finals, parking, etc)
When you put it all together it should look like this
POWER 106 with Drew Walton at 8:15 where it is a brisk 35 degrees expecting it to reach a high of 56 by this afternoon!. We are looking forward to tonights game against Valley! Kick-off is at 7:30 and we'll see you out there! Here's T!.I!. with the number one song in the land "Live your Life" on POWER 106!

ok-first introduce yourselfs then play some music when the music is finished tell your lisiners who sang the song it will come to you in no time at all!! when you think aboot it,its not that long-i think in 15 min you will get about 4-5 songs in!! plan it out write it on a piece of paper what you are going to say make it into a show!!
