XM Radio account update?!
Question: XM Radio account update!?
i got a letter in the mail that i have to update my account!. i have to pay so i can continue listening to XM radio!.!. it says to put in my username and password but i dont have a username, only my email!. i know my password though!.
if i click "Forgot your username!?" it will say to put in the ID and billing zip code!.!. i just dont know what the zip code is!. i put the zip code where i live !.!. when i submit it, it will say it is wrong!.!.
i have tried so many times with different zip codes but it wont work!.!.!.

go to the XM website, & click on contact us, their tech support is very good, & will help you out!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
i would call XM and ask if they sent you a letter to make sure it's not a scam i am sure they got a 800 number you cam callWww@Enter-QA@Com
