Answers:
Two (or rather four) different corporations!. The US corps are not technically related to the Canadian versions!. In order to broadcst in Canada, both had to form Canadian corps and adhere to Canadian broadcast regs!. So they haven't merged yet - and may not!.

I'm assuming they are waiting for approval from the Canadian government!. XM and Sirius had to get FCC approval before merging!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
