Is there an episode of ER where the hospital is flooded?

I sort of remember seeing a trailor for an episode where County General is flooded. I saw the trailor several years ago. I'd like to know the name of the episode or at least what season the episode was in.

I know it is not the episodes entitled "The Storm"!!!

There was episode 7 in Season 2 called "Hell or High Water" where Chicago was having really bad rains causing there to be flooding all over the place.

It eventually came to Dough (George Clooney) having to save a young kid named Ben Larkin (played by Erik von Detten) from going under in a storm drainage collection location.
