Does anyone know why we suffer these antique episodes?

OR who do we pay off to get current shows?

CC has always been behind in Canada but not as behind as it is now. We are about 6 months behind the UK right now I think. I love the show and this doesn't bother me even tho I know stuff that's coming down the road.
