What did the Humans find at Utopia? (Doctor Who)?
This is something I've been trying to figure out, but I don't know. I remember talk of furnaces and stuff but that's about it. Can anyone shed light on this?
Answers: The Master turned the Tardis into a paradox machine, then he and Lucy returned to the end of the Universe, where they went to Utopia and turned the remains of the human race into the Toclafane. Apparently the last humans agreed because "Utopia" had turned out to be a desolate planet where they could have no future. The paradox machine then allowed the Master to bring the Toclafane through the time vortex to 21st century Earth.
That's my understanding of it anyway. Professor Yana was The Master. Did you see the next episodes with all those flying robots? The people who thought they were going to Utopia got turned into those. Hte whole signal was put there by the master before he turned himself human. They the master, then a strange need to mass murder humans in the 21st century. The settlement that the Future Kind kept attacking was a spaceship that was trying to transport the last humans out of the planet to somewhere else.The Professor was actually the Master hiding in human form.
