I love this show!
These people are starting out at 400+ pounds, and by the end of the season, their under 200. The transformations on these people are awesome.
I know they get weighed once a week, but how long do they train everyday?
Is it a 90 day program? I really like the trainers Bob and Jillian too. I hope this show is on for a long time.
Answers: I love this show cause these are real people and you can watch them transform themselves...they become new people on the inside and out... I think it's an hour cardio 5 days a week and weight training 4 days a week. i know i wish i knew the tricks This show makes me work out harder on wed! monday and tues, well, not as hard!
