Ugh... he is a bit annoying. I don't like the way he's so taciturn and overly quiet and staring at everyone all the time, like he's better than everyone. Pam had the right to shoot him down! Plus, Kelly is kind of annoying too, but he shouldn't be rude to her even if he doesn't like her that much.

Actually, I love the new storyline with Ryan as the "Dunder-Mifflin Wunderkind". And, it was hilarious how Michael dogged him on the webcam during the Launch party. I'm sure he'll do something inappropriate to either promote him higher or shoot him back to Scranton.
