Yes, I agree. I've never laughed at anything he's said, done, or ripped off. I get annoyed to see him in movies. It's amazing he's had a career this long.
He tries to make racial comedy funny, but he fails because Chappelle is ten times funnier than Mencia wishes he could be.
Carlos is hysterical and he's a hell of a lot funnier than Chappelle.

You're mixing Carlos Mencia up with Bob Saget. I've met Saget. Nice guy, and funny in person, but very unfunny on television.
Now Mencia, on the other hand, is FUNNY to those of us who live in Arizona, New Mexico and west Texas. I can see why the rest of you might not really get it.
Carlos Mencia is okay. Not my favorite. The worst comic on Comedy Central is Sarah Silverman. I gave her show a chance...absolutely horrible.
