It was in season 5 and is titled "My Half-Acre" and here is the episode description:
J.D. meets the klutzy Julie, and when he becomes smitten, Elliot attempts to help out with romance advice. Carla tries to find Dr. Cox's soft side, when he refuses to kiss his son. Turk and the Janitor put together an air band to win a contest, but Dr. Kelso gives them a tremendous obstacle.
It was in the episode my half acre in season 5. The air band was formed of the Janitor, Ted, Turk, and Lloyd the delivery guy.
