She wasn't a regular character....like Nurse Kellie. She was tall and thin. I think it was Nurse Bigelow.
Yeah...Enid Kent sounds like some kind of high class...blue blood...socialite. Nurse Bigelow didn't have a lot of lines and was only referred to but not seen or heard from in any episodes except for seasons 5 & 11. Report It

    As far as I can remember and research it wasn't any nurse, it was Hawkeye stating that he didn't seem to want to be a doctor anymore and wouldn't be going on to work at a big city hospital, even though that was what he had always wanted.
    I think it was Nurse Kellye (Kellye Nakahura) I remember she had been a background character for so long they gave her some extra screen time in the finale.

    Nurse Able is the only other nurse character I can think of, besides the ones already mentioned.
    All thru the series, they would regularly address the nurses by the Army's phoenetic alphabet...Nurse Abel, Nurse Baker, and different actresses would play the nurses! The only exception (other than Hoolihan) was Nurse Kellie, played by a Hawaiian girl named Kellie. Eventually, though, there was a tall thin nurse named Bigelow. I think it was she that said she had had it.
