No, he is Jeffery. A lot of people complained about the character of William Bardwell being let go, so they had to come up with some kind of reason to have the same actor back on the show. That is why the came up with the stupid twin story.

I do, and I remember Will and Ashley talking about Gloria having something to do with the Cream Poisoning and wouldn't it be great if John was in on bringing Gloria down and he came back too. Then they went back to work at Jabot
Nah...that would be a big twist for Y&R to pull off! They are trying to find the murder for William..soo it would take alot of story writing to put that into effect! But good imagination! :)
