Why the ABC channel its not the same as...?!
Question: it was in the 80s and 90s..I mean why they dont do anymore any shows or sitcoms like Step by Step, Full House, Whos the Boss, grown pains..etc

ABC went through several corpoate turnovers in the last 20+ years (bought out by Capital Cities Broadcasting in '86 then gobbled by Disney in the mid-1990s) and along with them,a bunch of turnovers in programming staff and the president of the network getting fired by Disney a few years ago.
Every time in-house changes at the network occur,the new management feels it necessary to change its programming to compete with the other networks. That said,by 1993 it was felt that the family comedies that ABC ran (particularly the Friday night "TGIF" line-up) were getting old plus the Neilsen ratings for most of them were declining so they were phased out of the network's primetime schedules.
Sitcoms don't get the big ratings that they used to so TV networks have tended to do more dramas. When Lost became a big hit, everyone tried to copy it. They also do more reality shows because they're cheaper to produce and pull in good ratings and advertising dollars. Networks are also really concerned with pulling in 18-24 year old males who don't tend to watch sitcoms.
Personally, I hated most of the shows you listed especially Full House.
It's all about money. People like "reality" junk like American Idol since it makes the networks cash, which is why reality was popping up everywhere. Unfortunately, corporate bosses only care about cash, not what your tastes are. This is why the Internet is a huge threat to them, since anyone can do what they want online.
