Lost had the best pilot show I've EVER seen! The crash was just the beginning. What a fantastic concept. It remains to be seen if it ends up a jumble of crap or not.

I've watched Heroes from the beginning and I love it. I watched some episodes of Lost but I didn't really get what was going on coz I didn't watch from the beginning, so yeah, definitely Heroes. Oh and my favourite characters are Hiro, Ando and Mr. Bennett.
I used to watch lost, until nothing ever happened, and the show never progressed it really ticked me off so I stopped watching. I now watch heroes and I really like it.

well, I wouldn't miss an episode of either of those shows and I buy every season of both of those shows as well, so I LOVE THEM BOTH!!! lol
I of course love Kate off lost (typical guy)
And I love Heiro!!!! "I DID IT!!!!!!!!" lol....his character is awesome
I don't really watch tv that often but Lost seemed like a better show to me

I love the superhero powers in Hero's, but Lost has a lot more twists and turns.

To be honest I watched LOST for a few episodes and didn't understand a single thing so i quitted on it.

the actors in lost play there parts better then the ones on heroes
lost has better depiction of the situation because of its setting
heroes has no setting all i see is a rainy city and a neighborhood it needs a setting that POPS! so yeah lost is better
Hands down is LOST. My favorite character is a toss up between Sawyer and Jack. Both are very yummy!! I cannot wait for the next season to start again!!!

I have to base the comparison on last season's Lost with this season's episodes of Heroes, but I have to say Lost -- at least for the moment. While Lost was pretty "lost" (har har har) at the beginning of last year's season, they tightened up storylines and got renewed focus towards the final episodes. Heroes was starting to fall into their sophmoric slump at the beginning of season two, and they've perked up in the recent episodes as they tie in the wandering storylines, but I'm still not sold on some of their meandering plotlines. They've added too many new characters and the way they're disconnected with the main season plotline makes them feel like ballast needing to be dropped. Heroes had a fantastic first season because despite all the multiple storylines, it revolved around a single theme that they managed to stay true to. They're still finding their legs, so I give them slack for the wobbly storylines. As long as Lost keeps up with the intensity and compelling storylines that they began at the second half of season four, they'll remain number one to me. Although with the writers' strike, who knows what will happen??

Heroes maybe because i started watching it from the beginning with Lost i started watching it much later and i think the Lost script is not that tightly integrated, it seemsl lately like they are making up stuff as they go.
I like Dr. Suresh, he doesnt have any super powers but he still manages to help people.
