First try to search for it on Yahoo, if you can't find it there then try Google. Second if those two don't worry, try searching on youtube for Buffy five or buffy slayer five. Third if those all don't have it go to veoh.com, they usually have stuff the others don't.
If you live in the United States your best bet may be to download the season via bittorrent. Most of the free TV sites have become inaccessible to IP addresses in the United States. TVlinks.co.uk was my favorite site for viewing television shows.
You can try using proxies but you'll probably have to figure out on your own what that means and how to do it. You could also do a google search for keywords like "watch tv free" and sort through the results.
