Why don't they use the word felgercarb on the new Battlestar Galactica?!

Question: There might be a copyright restriction on it.While we're on the subject,I can't stand the new BG.They would have been better off calling something else.The original BG is a classic favorite.

In the 1970's edition of Battlestar Galactica, they used words like that to replace swear words. In today's tv it is more acceptable to use words that could not be used 30 years ago.
