They had some drugged up rocker guy that'd get seizures from erratic noise, so House fired the blond girl cause she had no sympathy for the druggie and also fired 13 so he was left w/ the two guys but Scutty told him he couldn't not have any girls on his team so to go ahead and take 13 back,which was House's plan all along, that House and his sneaky ways, love it!!
