Tiffani went running back into the kitchen and asked Sandee, Josie and Stephen to help her. She utilized ingredients from their dishes that were not served and made a braised veal sandwich using puff pastry for the bread. What she said was since she did dessert in course # 3 the only logical thing for her to do in a holiday meal is go to the next day which means leftovers and sandwiches.
Tre felt he had to go with dessert, so since Betty had planned to do dessert she had a lot of components he could use. He made raspberry filled crepes with a white chocolate sauce. (It looked really good - better than the meat puffs.) He didn't really want to do it (since he was eliminated partially on his dessert) but said he was kind of forced into it based on ingredients available. CJ, Marcel and Betty helped him with this dish.
Tiffani was named the winner, but the judges said Tre was a close second. I wonder if she got it based on the creativity of the idea to do "leftovers"?
TIffany won tre made creaps and Tiffany made some meat pastry thing.
