Question: I don't believe casting has begun for Kid Nation 3. They recently closed the application process for KN2 in October. Keep and eye out on the show's website for info about casting for KN3. It could be 6 more months before they cast again, assuming they decide to make a 3rd installment of the show.

I was just thinking about that show today and was wondering if they were still showing it. I read somewhere that some of the kids' parents were suing.

The casting for kid nation 2 already ended on october 9th. There will possibly be a kid nation 3 depending on how well the 2nd one does, how many people watch it, and how good the ratings are. They are already discussing having a 3rd one and will probably cast as soon as the 2nd one is done getting filmed which will most likely be pretty soon. I hope this helped.
