It is true that Jaclyn Victor can hit high notes, but it's not all about hitting high notes. So I'll go for our representative, Mau Marcelo. Mau Marcelo can hit high notes and at the same time, she has a classical-husky voice that can make curly/wave notes. And she has a different style in singing.
Love Jaclyn Victor!!!! GREAT voice. to me mau didn't choose the right song. but it is all bout publicity. it's either Mau or the Indonesian contestant.
