Love the show. Lila found the cabin Dex had Doakes in. Doakes told her Dexter was the Bay Harbor Butcher. She turned on the gas and lit the stove and blew up the cabin and killed Doakes. (later confirmed by dental records)
Dexter figures out what she did, pretends he wants her to run away with him, but really plans on killing her. Deb inadvertently messes that up. Lila kidnaps Rita's kids and takes them to her apartment where Dexter finds them. She sets her apartment on fire, leaves and bolts the door. Dex and the kids get out.
You see Lila boarding a plane for Paris. Then it shows her in Paris entering her apartment where Dexter is waiting for her. He stabs her and wraps her in a plastic sheet.
There are also a few underlying storylines, but that was the jist of it.
