I heard that if the WGA doesn't get off this strike soon, then Entourage may be done for good. It is suppose to return in June 08, but actors have their contract talks then. It all depends on what happens with the WGA. The SAG may follow in their footsteps. Not many episodes have been prepared yet for filming in the spring. The WGA strike heavily affects next year because television shows get their bids out in the spring for the next fall's lineup.
Entourage is done for the season. Season 5 is in the works but do not expect it until next year around September.
