I suck at predicting anything so i just look at the spoilers. From what I've read it's going to be juicy. I'm a huge fan so I read anything Lost.

they want to go bak coz they said theve made a mistake and they werent supposed to leave that island. so its really hard to tell.

due to how it grows more far-fetched after every season, I'd say everyone from the island gains super powers and fight evil monsters.
