Oh, gosh, they were all so funny.
Gilda Radner was probably my favorite, though--everything she did made me laugh.
I loved her characters Emily Latella and Roseanne Roseannadanna, as well as when she did her "Baba Wawa" bits.

The Mexican Killer Bees. I think Elliot Gould is one of the bees as well. I saw on some documentary that the entire cast was coked out of their minds during that skit. It makes it even funnier knowing that.

Mine was when Bill Murray as a wino got tossed out the back door of a stage production, and found a bottle with a little left in it in the ally they tossed him into. He smiled, drank it down, and was immediately doing Shakespeare on stage, and DOING IT EXTREMELY WELL. You realized right then what an amazing talent he was.
