I would've said he was guilty because he still committed the crime.

I would have said guilty. Even though he was young, he still commited a crime and should have been held responsible. I absolutly love that show I have the first 5 years on dvd.

Even without seeing the episode, I agree with you...anybody who committed a crime should be found guilty.
