The one where Rachel and Ross break up because Ross kissed another girl, and then they stayed all night arguing in the apartment and the others were stuck all night in the bedroom listening to the argument

It's a toss-up between the one with Ross and Rachel's first date and the one where Chandler proposed.
I loved the break episode, but my favorite is the one when Chandler and Monica go to Vegas to see his dad. I also loved the jellyfish episode
