Friends is a better show but I think Will&Grace is funnier.

I think they were both great shows, however I have to go with Friends, because as much as I also loved Will and Grace, especially all of the Jack and Karen scenes, I really did not like Will at all, and I loved all of the Friends equally.
Friends was consistently funnier from the beginning of the series to the end, but Will and Grace definitely had its moments.
