What is the name of this TV show?!
Question: I don't remember much of it.
I think it was on the Fox Network in the early '90s, before or around the time of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
There were three teenagers living in Japan (I think)
One guy was white with blond hair, and at the end of every episode he would ride on his motor cycle to his dad's grave, and talk to him. There was a girl, but I don't remember her nationality, and an African-American man. That's all I remember. I have been searching the web for months trying to find out the name, but no luck.
