I love it !! Never missed 1 yet and I'm praying this year won't be a disappointment, although so far I think it could be a good one !! ............... unlike the last X-Factor, which was pants !!

ive watched a few. I usually wait till its down to the last 12, it just takes toooo long!!
There are some good singers this year, but that means nothing...
On the definite pass list. Do you really want to put up with their generic personalities, their sob stories that are too contrived and their substandard singing.
Now that's a recipe for entertainment.
I love american idol - its far better than the x factor. The standard of the good singers is far higher and so is the nut job standard!
Yeah it's a bit boring at the moment but when the live shows start hopefully I'll enjoy it more
Of course it's worth turning on! It is one of the most-watched television shows! The talent this year is amazing, you should definitely watch it!

It is the dumbest show ever invented for TV. Ignorant people thinking they are good enough to be icons. What a joke of a show. I watched it once and was sorry that I ever did. When you watch that show its like saying my life is worthless how can I waste some more time.
the auditions are always fun to watch... but its not worth it. american idol has become a total fad and a lame one at that! there have been only two successful idols out of 7 (i think?)- carrie and kelly. the show is beginning to drag on and wuts the point? who cares who wins anymore?
also, more people voted for the "american idol" last year than they ever did for our president. i find that shocking and terrible! so let it go, don't bother with Annoying Idol.

Yes, it is entertaining to watch, as long as you realize that the most important thing about the show to the producers is that they make a good, entertaining show that gets tons of ratings, NOT that they find the next greatest undiscovered talent.
I watched it last night and enjoyed it - pity the Buddy Holly lokalike didn't get through though - give it a whirl !
You should watch it Sweet - they're at the Final 24 now, with the live shows starting next week. Some really good singers too!!!!!!!

I am loving it Sweet and there are some good singers this season a nurse who is a rock chick but fantastic voice. Next week they will get down to final 12 I think and live shows so worth watching Thursday 8m and Friday 9 p ITV2 x
I vote yes, it helps the worst winter of my life pass. (WI) I am totally entertained by the contestants talent and Simon's feedback. He is soooo entertaining and that SMILE... lol is one in million!!!!!!
