I think Robin will eventually tell Patrick he's going to be a father. If she keeps it a secret doesn't that make her a hypocrite? She had to tell A.J. he was Michael's father and she told Nik he was really Spencer's father. So why not tell her own baby's father the truth. I think Patrick would get used to the idea and want to be in his baby's life.
its probably gonna end up that same as every other time this storyline was used on every other soap.....lol.....
I don't think she tells him today she probably uses some other excuse or someone interrupts them. But as far as i know she does tell him but not sure when it finally comes out. I think he is willing to help raise the child he has a change of heart.

Personally, I hate Robin and this whole storyline--she's an annoying character and adds zero excitement to the show other than her HIV positive status. I think they could do more with Patrick than have to deal with the whininess and sanctimony of Robin.

Patrick does find out that robin is pregnant with his baby. She tells him sometime this week. I think he already know in the back of his mind that the baby is his. Because when him and robin slept together - the condom broke. So - i think he might thought it could be a possibility that robin might be pregnant with his child. Patrick keeps giving alittle hints about the baby's father. But - right now - robin won't let him in the loop. Because she doesn't know how he is going to react to the news. Plus - she doesn't want him to be obligated to be in their child's life. She wants him to want their child unconditionally without any strings attached. Because he wants to be a part of their child's life.
She is going to tell him this week for sure! Can't wait to see how he takes it!
