Because he's been tangoed, i was thinking exactly the same.
Using a bit too much of the old fake tan I guess.
Having acted before and experinced such things I speak from personal experience when i say it's probably his "stage" make up, if you don't have what is refered to as tango on your face you dont show up under certain lights.

He went away on holiday, he was given a strong sunblock but it didnt work so he came back with a tan, the producers are trying to tone it down. Definately went on holiday, but obviously kepts his head down

Not sure about him being orange, but he was certainly turning Green with envy last night when his girlfriend received a text from Matt her ex. I think Matt should watch out because as we all know David is Psyco Boy and I don't think he is going to like it if someone else is sniffing round his girl.
I dunno but orange obviously works for him because hes bagged his first girlfriend!
