I don't think Spinelli is Claudia's son. He's basically the same age as Johnny. What I think the problem is: Claudia was molested by Anthony and the reason Maria was so protective of Johnny was she was afraid he was next. Maybe Maria sent Claudia away!
No Johnny was 5 years old when Claudia left at 16. Claudias son will end up being Spinelli...who the father is IMO is Trevor lansing.
No I definetly think that's her brother. I think she feels responsible for him and that's why she's so frantic to find him. It sounds like the only family that ever really cared for her was her mom and mobster Uncle. She just wants to be loved and wants someone to love her, but intersesting theory.
It could happen...after all it is GH. Never thought about it cause I just figured what happen to her when she was there and her leaving him behind she felt bad not being there for him that she was trying to make it up to him now.
Ok now that I read one the other answers has me thinkin Claudia could be Spinelli's mom. Kate is to boring to be his mom. Now his father is a wonder cause he don't want Jason to tell anyone and that would have to be one of the Z people.

But, no, I don't think so. 1) B/c they're too close in age for that too to seem possible (I think she's suppossed to be about 7 or 8 years older than him...no more than 10). And 2) Anthony Z has made too much noise about Johnny's mom, Maria, and how they have the same eyes, and how Johnny's mom died for him and all that. Even Johnny and Claudia have mentioned Maria, so she wasn't made up or anything.
But that would be an interesting twist. I think Claudia's going so nuts for Johnny b/c he is the only family she has, who is nice to her and who she actually likes. And not just the only family, but pretty much the only person in this world that she has, that she really cares about. So, it makes sense that she would freak out at the thought of losing him or soemthing happening to him. B/c she really has no one else.
Claudia as Spinelli's mom??? Weird!! I do know that he is going to find out who his one of his parents is and swear Jason to silence... so that makes sense if it is Trevor or Claudia. That also explains why Claudia hates Trevor so much!!

I dont think Claudia is johnny mother. His mother's name was maria. Plus - johnny is Claudia's half sister. when they where young and growing up in the crazy father house. All they did is rely on each other for survival until Claudia was sent to live with their uncle.
I don't think Claudia's old enough to be Johnny's mother, she was 16 when he was 7. I think Anthony molested her when she was young and she became pregnant at 16 and that's why she was sent away. Maybe Spinelli is her son and Anthony or Trevor is the father.
